WELCOME AT PAWAPI BEACH KOH MOOK
Your Tropical holiday secret!
At Pawapi Beach you have a choice of Thai style cosy bungalow's either beach front or beach view or luxurious villa’s in this same configuration, a large fresh water pool, restaurant and a beach bar.
Pawapi Beach offers first class accommodations directly on the east coast beach of Mook Island, lined with palm trees.
The property features a variety of bungalows, beach front and beach view/access, dotted in a tropical garden. A large fresh water pool (operational in March 2019), a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a roomy lobby/reception area and a beach bar ideal for sun-downers.
Pawapi Beach is a mere 30 minutes boat ride from the mainland pier of Kuan Thung Ku and depending on the tide will have you disembark either right at the beach or at the pier of Koh Mook.
To support our local community, almost all Pawapi staff is local, happy to serve you, and although English might be challenging with some you can always find what you are looking for with others near you.
Pawapi Beach aims to please and will do all it can to make your stay with us the most memorable of your vacation to Thailand.
As an added service to our direct bookers we gladly help and book your transfers to- and from Pawapi to the nearest airports (Trang & Krabi), train station (Trang) and other beach destinations such as Ao-Nang in Krabi, Koh Lanta, Koh Ngai, Koh Libong, Pakmeng beach and of course our own Kuan Thung Ku Pier.
Free upgrade to the next category room type during our Green Season. (availability dependent)
Free late check-out (after 12:00 mid-day) and early (before 14:00) check in. (availability dependent)
At the resort you might want to engage in some local boat tours to our highly recommended Emerald Cave (Tham Morakot). An adventure in nature by swimming through a narrow, 80-meter-long grotto to emerge at a fully enclosed in-island beach only accessible through this entrance or straight from the sky above. Not yet enough excitement, we have another cave available called Tigre Cave. Snorkelling around Koh Libong, island hopping or a 40 minutes hike over to Mook’s west coast’s Charlie Beach.
Good to know:
The little village centre will be bustling with tourists and locals alike in the early evening hours with their eateries, a few drinking options, massage places and some mom & pop shops. Please take note however that our laid-back island has no ATM to withdraw cash. At Pawapi you may settle your dining, drinking tabs and excursions/transfers booked with us by credit card though.
All major credit cards except AMEX can be processed.
Pawapi offers a one-day laundry service charged per kilogram.
